Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order so we can refund you in full. Our agents are available at 657-300-5306, or you can email us anytime at ethan@premiersauna.com.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Production begins upon order confirmation. Our warranty ensures a fully functional and operational product. If it is unclear whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us.

All sales are final for custom made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you have the option to do so. Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Given the considerable rise in LTL/freight shipping expenses, any direct returns will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee in addition to return shipping charges. However, if you opt to replace the product with an alternative item, we may offer assistance in covering some of the expenses, depending on the specific product.

Shipping Times

We are committed to expediting your order to the best of our ability. Estimated shipping times are provided on the product pages for your reference. Please note that all orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

It is important to acknowledge that order delays may occur beyond Premier Sauna's control. While we understand that this can be frustrating, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. We sincerely thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

By making a purchase from Premier Sauna, you agree to abide by the following terms outlined in the Exchange Agreement:

  • I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery, and in the event of any damage, to document it by taking pictures and providing the information to Premier Sauna within 24 hours of the product's delivery.
  • I understand that I am liable for the cost of return shipping and the shipping expenses for a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.
  • I acknowledge that products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. I understand that an additional restocking fee may apply.
  • I understand that once my order has left the warehouse, I am ineligible to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that in the event of returning my order after it has been shipped, I will be responsible for covering any incurred return shipping fees and restocking fees, which typically amount to approximately 25% of the product's value.

Damages

Upon the arrival of your item(s), please carefully inspect the packaging. Should you observe any damage, make a note of it while signing for delivery. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please promptly send photos depicting the damage, including images of the box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage, to ethan@premiersauna.com. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. Please ensure that photos and videos for freight damage are submitted within 24 hours of arrival, as any claims made beyond this timeframe will not be considered valid. Additionally, any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

Warranties are subject to variation based on the manufacturer; please refer to the specific product pages for detailed information. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item arrives damaged and is not reported within 30 days, it cannot be considered a warranty claim.

Returns

By default, Premier Sauna holds customers responsible for covering all return shipping charges or restocking fees resulting from customer error, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

All of our products come with guaranteed warranty policies, ensuring that you receive a fully functional and operational product without incurring any additional expenses. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific warranty details.

BOGO Promotions

During a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one of the two items is returned, you will either receive a replacement for that item or store credit equivalent to the value of that item when purchased individually. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for covering the actual return shipping charges. Depending on the manufacturer, a restocking fee may also apply. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.

By proceeding with a purchase, all customers acknowledge that they have read, comprehended, and agreed to the terms and conditions in this policy.

Chargebacks

Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have intentionally made our policies as equitable as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are committed to providing optimal assistance and resolving any issues you encounter.

Any customer initiating a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us directly, and we will work together to find a satisfactory resolution. We request that you refrain from filing chargebacks for matters we can resolve collaboratively. Thank you for choosing to shop with us!
